Headline Text not Displaying

Hello,

When I enter text into the text area for a Headline element, it is not displayed. Even after saving.

Please see attached screen shot. You will notice I have entered “This is the text I want for my headline” but it is not displaying.

Please advise, what is the proper procedure for entering headline text?

I’ll leave this posted in case others go looking for a similar problem, but it appears to have been caused by updating the Cornerstone plugin without updating the theme. Once I updated the X theme, Cornerstone appears to be working again with old and new elements.
