Headline secondary image option

Hello, for the headline v2 element, there’s a primary graphic image. Is there an option for a secondary graphic image for the hover state? Or is that only found on the button element?

Yes, it’s only applicable for buttons or any with hover functionality. And the headline has a graphic feature, not primary or secondary.
