Headline in Cornerstone is Not Applying Header Font Style

Hi, when I add a “Headline” element in Cornerstone it is not taking the Headings font style from the theme Customizer but rather the Body font styles. Only the “Classic Headline” seems to work. I have tried different tags h1, h2, h3 and there is no change in the styling - it’s being treated as body text. This is a fresh Wordpress install with the latest version of X Theme installed. Thank you.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please be aware that the headline element has it’s own default styling along with a default font family. When using this element, you must set the assigned “Headings” font family and not inherit.

inherit will follow the font settings of the body and content styling.

Hope this helps.

Thanks. But even when I select “Headings” in the Font Family dropdown (as you’ve shown), the font family is still the Body font from the Customizer rather than the Headings font.
