Hello @wbc,
Thanks for writing in!
The font size at the Setup option is the base font size for the Headline element. Be advised that you can have a headline text, subheadline, and a graphic when using the Headline element. It is best that you leave the base font size at 1em and then adjust the font size of your headline text in the Text option right below the font family and other font settings.
Best Regards.
Thanks for this. I dont really understand why there is a baseline font size and then a separate font size. Why not just have one?
Hello @wbc,
This is the actual output code of the Headline element.
The x-text x-text-headline is the container and will be using the base font.
The x-text-content-text-primary is the container for the headline text which is why it has its own font settings.
And the x-text-content-text-subheadline is a container for the subheadline which also has font settings.
Now, if you only use the base font size, both the headline text and the subheadline will just have the same font sizes and you do no have much control over each element. That would also include the graphic icon if you opted to display an icon.
Hope this helps.
