Headline and text strangely italicized on front end

I copied the same headline and text from a section above, and made sure it isn’t italicized. but on the front end…its italicized.

It is happening in the reviews section above too.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and the section mentioned, it seems that the content added with the <em> HTML tag has the style of Italics. I would suggest you check the content added into the Headline element and remove that tag to get rid of the Italics style.

As I said, in the back end , all is fine, its not got any tags on there or anything:

Same with the reviews up top…

I noticed the em added to the front end too, but there is nothing like that in the backend.

I would request you please share login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Where is the error? You did not close the </em HTML tag properly. It should be </em>.
