I have tried to put a new heading to the site. For some reason the heading font settings like font, color and font size are not correct but the theme uses root font and font size if I’m using Headline element. If I’m using Classic Custom Headline, the font, size and color are correct. How can I fix this?

Based on your screenshot, you are using v2 Headline elements. Unlike the Classic Headline elements, v2 elements have their own setting which you can set in the options available in the element.

Ok. Do you mean that Heading setting in Theme Options -> Typography affects only to Classic Headline elements? Thanks for the information!

Yes, since the Classic Elements does not have much of an options like there successor (v2) elements, so there styling depends on Theme Options, not only that other plugins depends on Theme Options as well like the button on Contact Form 7. The Theme Options is kind the general settings of your site.
(v2) elements can be style independently since it has all the settings it needs.
