Headers not showing for WooCommerce categories

Hi Themeco,

The WooCommerce categories header seems to be missing in the recent update for Pro 6.6.8. The header returns when I switch to use version 6.4.12.

Are you able to look into this issue?

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to understand the issue you are having, without investigating it through the WordPress admin dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi tristup,

I have added my website url, the page that has the missing category header and the login credentials to the secure note.

Under the themes, you will see I have 2 versions of the Pros installed, 6.6.8 and 6.4.12. If you activate the 6.4.12, the category page will show the proper category header but the layout becomes full width and if you activate the 6.6.8 (currently active), the category header becomes missing but in the layout we want.

I see it’s because of the asterisk and exclamation mark converting the n to italic. I have updated the password.

Hi @Stigan,

I have checked the WooCommerce Category page and found the Global Header ( the only header present ) is set to it, and the Pro is in the latest version. It seems that the issue does not exist anymore.
Please let us know if you’re still experiencing the problem — we’ll be happy to investigate further.

I think you misunderstood my question. I’m talking about the missing category header. I hope the screenshot below is more clear.

In version 6.4.12, the category header is showing but the layout is fullwidth

And in version 6.6.8, the category header is missing

Hello @Stigan,

I would suggest you please create a separate header for the product category archive pages, where you can insert the Text element and call this {{dc:term:name}} dynamic content code to display the product category name. You can use this condition to assign the header to the product category page.
