Header's left bar not showing sticky header config options

Hi guys. THIS IS JUST FOR YOUR INFORMATION - I have solved my issue - but perhaps there is a bug?

Have a look at the attached. It is an image of the left bar in my header. I was trying to configure a left bar. I was unable to select the offset option although I ticked the ‘sticky’ option in the configuration - the option simply didn’t appear. Unless I am doing something wrong there seems to be a bug there? Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! Please be advised that the Left Bar is already “Sticky”. The sticky option should no longer be in that area. This must be a bug in the theme. I will be reporting this to our issue tracker.
