I purchased a license of Cornerstone as the site a client building needs a certain theme for their community section to work properly. I can edit pages perfectly using cornerstone. However, the header builder does not work properly. I’ve imported headers that I’ve used as starting points in many sites, but the header for the existing theme takes precedence. I see the Bars and containers in the inspector of Cornerstone but nothing is visible within the editor itself. Even changing the individual page to show the imported header doesn’t work.
Hey @jamiepruitt,
The issue might already have been corrected becaused I can see the header preview in the Header Builder.
Please clear your browser cache.
Thanks.
No, that’s not the header. I am manually adding it to the pages since this project is due in a few days.
Hi @jamiepruitt,
There might be some different reasons behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
I would also request that you activate any of the default themes, like TwentyTwenty, and check if the issue persists or not. If the issue still persists, please let us know for further investigation. Also, confirm if the current credentials are for the staging site. So we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
Thanks
