Header Widget visibility

Hello,

I have enabled header widget 1 and added an image to it in the icon stack. The widget is not showing and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong.

The site is new and is live at https://rainbowrosescholarship.org

Thank you in advance for your assistance! Regards, Ed

Hi There,

I’ve just checked your website and the image is showing up:

Could you please the cache and check again?

Thanks.

Thanks, I am having trouble viewing it in any browser even after clearing the cache. Will keep trying. Thanks for looking. Regards, Ed

Hi again,

I’ve checked your site in all major browsers and the header widget is displaying fine on my end too (see screenshot)

I also checked your site in smaller screen and it’s displaying fine. Can you please share some screenshots of what you’re viewing so we can take a look?

In the mean time try viewing your site in Chrome’s Incognito mode.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, here is what I’m getting:

Hi again,

You need to click on the little triangle at the top right of the screen to see the header widget (see screenshot)

Cheers!

I think I figured out what I was doing. I didn’t realize the widget is hidden. I would like it to be visible, is that possible?

Hi again,

Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You can use the Topbar instead to display the image In Topbar Content you can add the following code:

<a href="http://rainbowrosescholarship.org"><img width="85" height="85" src="https://rainbowrosescholarship.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/rainbowrose-1.png" class="image wp-image-381 attachment-full size-full" alt="" style="max-width: 100%; height: auto;"></a>

Thanks for understanding. Take care!

Thanks for the advice. I appreciate it! Regards, Ed

You are welcome
