Hi - I am having difficulty using the new template manager. I installed the header starter pack and two header templates from Design Cloud. They all show up in my template manager.
Then I begin a new header, click ‘use template’, and they fail to show up as choices. What am I doing wrong?

Thank you for the credentials. I did check header templates and compare to what is available on header builder, both are showing 8. No missing header. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cFf1cMDKIa. Please clarify.
