Header tags in custom font not working except by specifying a class

Hi Guys

I installed some custom fonts by Hoefler&Co from cloud.typography.com. You will be able to see the font definitions in the custom CSS. The paragraph tags seem to be working but the header tags are not working unless I add them as a class at the individual element level. Would you have a look and see if you can spot why I can’t specify a global value for them please?

Hello Keith,

It would be easier if you install the font through the Font Manager so that you can easily set the fonts to the text and headline elements:

Hope this helps.

Hi Jade

Well I tried that and it didn’t work. It tries to upload the fonts to the media library which blocks them. I installed a plug-in ‘Disable Real MIME Check’ that allowed it to upload the fonts but that just installed a load of css files to the media library. They were never available to choose in the font manager list.

Hi Jade

I’ve decided to uninstall all the cloud.typography fonts from Hoefler and use fonts from Typekit instead.
I really wanted to use Gotham on this; it was looking good but Hoefler’s delivery system just makes it too messy and it’s not available anywhere else. It’s not a brand requirement so it’s not a killer.

Thanks for your help.
