Header Styling Changes Unpredictably Pt. 2

Reopening this thread: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/header-styling-changes-unpredictably/33775?u=stuartrowens

It is still occuring on this page from time to time, even after a cleared cache: https://www.harrymitchell.us/this-is-me-detail/

Hi stuartrowens,

As mentioned in the answer to the previous thread that you have opened. The website is in a Comming Soon mode and we can not check the page.

You need to turn off the Comming Soon so that we can check the page.

I checked the homepage and I see that you just pasted the whole 3rd party code to the Content Area element in the Header Builder which is not a correct approach.

You need to add the CSS file:

<link href="//cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/horizontal-slim-10_7.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">

By adding a Child Theme and adding the code below to functions.php file of the Child Theme:

add_action('wp_head', 'head_information', 9999);

function head_information () { ?>
<link href="//cdn-images.mailchimp.com/embedcode/horizontal-slim-10_7.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
<?php }

Also, the Style section of the code should be added to Pro > Theme Options > CSS. So basically you need to add the CSS code below there:

#mc_embed_signup{background:#0395d9; clear:left; font:14px Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; width:100%;}

Finally, you need to keep the code below in the Content Area element:

<div id="mc_embed_signup">
<form action="https://GoodJobBook.us14.list-manage.com/subscribe/post?u=126f5bfc3aabd3cd7efbd6e80&amp;id=ab40769177" method="post" id="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" name="mc-embedded-subscribe-form" class="validate" target="_blank" novalidate="">
    <div id="mc_embed_signup_scroll">
	<input type="email" value="" name="EMAIL" class="email" id="mce-EMAIL" placeholder="email address" required="">
    <!-- real people should not fill this in and expect good things - do not remove this or risk form bot signups-->
    <div style="position: absolute; left: -5000px;" aria-hidden="true"><input type="text" name="b_126f5bfc3aabd3cd7efbd6e80_ab40769177" tabindex="-1" value=""></div>
    <div class="clear"><input type="submit" value="Subscribe" name="subscribe" id="mc-embedded-subscribe" class="button"></div>

After all of that you need to clear your WordPress cache if you have a cache plugin and also you need to clear your browser cache.

Please consider that your question is about a 3rd party code and not part of the theme, and it is outside of our support scope. We did our best to help you out and showing the correct method but we will not be able to implement the feature for you.

Thank you for your understanding.
