Header Styles not working on site

hi!
I have a brand new site here: http://coppeller.armorlight.biz/
I created a header, applied styles (color, etc) but it seems that some settings are overriding them. Any ideas besides hard coding over the theme styles?

Hello There,

Thanks writing in!

Are you referring to this headline?

Please be advised that the text element has it’s own default settings. You will have to make sure that you have set the color, font size, etc. in the text element settings.

Hope this helps.

No, I’m talking about the nav menu header.
This (incorrect outside header builder)

vs
this (correct – inside header builder)

Also, the admin bar doesn’t show up.

Hi There,

Thank you for the credentials, that is happening because all the menu items are acting as active, which make sense because technically we are on the page that it represents.

Please navigate to Appearance > Menus and remove the slashes from your menu URL.

e.g.
#testimonials instead of /#testimonials

Cheers!

Oh, thank you!
That worked!

You’re most welcome!

One other issue is that on my site, the admin bar is not showing on the front end of the website.

Hi There @suzannereid

It seems to be a plugin conflict. Could you please try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if you’re getting the toolbar.

Make sure to clear cache before testing.

Thanks!

I did and still no admin bar. I’ve reactivated two plugins (under construction and Team builder b/c client is supposed to be looking at it. )

Hi Suzanne,

Unfortunately, the previously given login information is not working. Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Users > Your Profile and activate the Toolbar from there:

You need to do the same for all the users.

If the problem persists, it might be caused by a high number of teh z-index option on your Header Builder Bar or Container. You can test that by temporarily disable the header builder and let the normal header show and see if you can find the toolbar in the front end of the website.

Kindly open up new threads for additional questions as it will help us to focus on each issue and give you a better support which you deserve. Having a long thread makes the maintaining job harder and also it will be harder for the other customers to find the correct information if they have similar issues. You are always welcomed to reply to this thread to follow up the same question.

Thank you.
