Header setup assistance

Hi,

I’m trying to redesign my webpage. I basically want a responsive header that has a top bar with newsletter subscribe option and social media buttons. Then I want a header I designed with my name and photo, then a 3rd bar under that with the menu. I want the menu to be sticky. I can’t figure out how to get the second bar (with the name logo and photo) to show completely. I set the graphic as the background. Should I create a container with an image element instead? I couldn’t figure out how to make the image stretch with no borders in that case.

I can see you have already created the three bars on that website you shared, now allow me to answer your other questions:

• You can make any bar sticky by activating this option:
  

• You can show the full image by increasing the bar height, right now I can see you set it to 6em, try to increase this value till you see the whole image. You might need to duplicate this bar to use the duplicated copy for mobile devices with lower height or even set it to auto, you control the visibility of both bars using this option:
