Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site it seems that you top bar content is working fine but it has been hide through custom CSS code. The Header email section has been added hardcoded through the child the customization.
Please have a look at the screenshot given below.

Please note that we don’t provide customized child theme support. It is out of the support scope.
