Header not displaying since update to 4.0.10

Hi, Since updating today my background image container is not showing when website is live. It shows up fine when in edit mode. I’ll attach some images.

Thanks!

-Header Edit Mode (mobile)

-Header Live (mobile) image container missing
mobile-live

-Header Live (Desktop) image container missing

This is the same issue that I’m having with 2 websites when I updated to the latest Pro version

Hi Craig,

The header is visible in Desktop and Mobile even without logging in. Can you please check once by clearing all types of cache? If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.

Thanks

Hi Tina,

I would like to request you create a new thread to share the credentials in the secure note to investigate your issue further.

Thanks

Try setting your header priorities. Set your main global header to 0 and set your page specific headers (and I guess anything that you want to over ride your global header) to 10.

It worked for me.

I hope this helps.

Hi Craig,

Thank you for reaching out. Yes that’s correct, the Priority comes into play if you have two assets that might potentially overlap in some instances, allowing you to specify which should take precedent over the other. In these cases, the layout with the lowest priority will be used.

Thanks!
