Header not appearing on random pages since update to 6.2.7

Hi,

We updated our Multi site system to Pro 6.2.7 but are getting pages where the header reverts to the default Pro one rather than our custom one.

I have set the header to apply to Entire site, yet it fails to appear on the Product pages:

I have emptied the System Cache (In Corner Stone - Settings) to no avail. I have emptied local and server cache as well, again no difference.

On the product pages themselves I have picked one as an example: https://pozament.co.uk/products/concrete/pqx-cement/ but it remains with the default header, not the site wide one.

I have changed the Priority from -1 (What it was working on before) to 0, 1, 10, 20 … none made a difference
I have removed the header condition totally / Saved / Emptied cache, then re-added it… again no joy.

Until the update, the header and footer were fine and appearing on all pages as they should.

Unfortunately our wp-admin area is locked down heavily, if you need access to this I will need a private chat to get you in to it.

Help!

Thanks

Hi @TarmacWebTeam,

Thanks for reaching out.
I would suggest you update the Pro to its latest version i.e. 6.4.2 and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

We have tried the update to 4.6.2 on our uat system but it made no difference.

I have been manually able to update the example page I listed earlier, but here is another example of it failing: https://pozament.co.uk/products/grouts/high-strength-grout-range/

I have also sent you a secure note about access

Thanks

Hi @TarmacWebTeam,

I have checked your website again and found that it is still on an older version of Pro. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and update the Pro its latest version, so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hey Adam,

We cannot give you a static IP address because we are all working on different timezone. That being said, it would be best to disable the IP restriction while we are going to investigate your issue.

Thank you.
