Header Navigation Modal "'you do not have permission to inspect element type"

I was going in here to adjust the alignment of the text. However, although it was built here and manipulated by me in the past… It seems the permissions are no longer there. What has happened? I have changed the permissions in the settings also. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Navigation Modal element is already deprecated and not enabled by default. I would suggest you enable the Navigation Modal option from Cornerstone > Permission > Elements.
