Header looks off on mobile

Hi there,

We’ve experiencd some elements behaving off on different mobile phones.
This is how the header look on an iPhone XS 2020

and this is how it looks like on a Samsung Galaxy A7

We’re not sure what exactly went wrong on the iPhone, but if anyone has any idea why it behaves the way it does, we’re all ears. It should look the same as it does on the bigger Samsung phone. The issue doesn’t exist on desktops or laptops, as far as we noticed.

This could be a browser cache issue on your iPhoneXS because when I tried to check your website on both iPhone and androids phone they are just working fine on my end. I suggest that you clear your iPhone XS browser cache.

Unfortunately that didn’t help solve the problem. Any other ideas as to what could be the cause?

The iPhone may be displaying the Tablet Hero while the Samsung A7 could be displaying the Mobile Hero. Please duplicate your header and create a test page where you can assign the header. You can then turn OFF the other bars to make sure that the same bar is displaying on the iPhone and Samsung device.
