Header logo not showing

My header logo is not showing anymore. Instead the default text is showing.
I have tried to change the logo etc. but no success :frowning:
It happened after I installed SSL with the “really simple ssl” plugin but deactivating
this plugin doesn’t help. Any ideas?

Hi There,

Please install this plugin:

After that replacing all the media.passive-income.se URLs with the passive-income.se.

Let us know how it goes!

Not sure if I did it right but maybe you can take a look at the picture?
Did not fix the problem however.

Hi there,

I have checked your site and there seems to be no logo image set on the site as it’s only displaying the site name in black which blends in with the background color.

Kindly go to X > Theme Options > Header and set the logo image from there again.

Hope this helps.

I have set it now but it´s still not showing.

Hi There,

The logo is not displaying because the CDN is not working:

Could you please temporarily disable the CDN feature?

Let us know how it goes!

Hi, could you please guide were to go to disable CDN. Is it on my wordpresssite or my host?

You should contact your host and ask them to disable CDN for the time being.

Best regards.

I contacted my host but they said that I don´t have any CDN in their control so they could not help me.

Hey @rasmushalldin,

Sadly, X does not have control over it too. It just gets the URL of your media source and it uses this

//media.passive-income.se/2017/12/usi_horizontal_white.png

Because your site is in https or SSL enabled, you will need your CDN to be SSL enabled to or in https.

Try loading this URL in your browser:

https://media.passive-income.se/2017/12/usi_horizontal_white.png

You’ll see that you’ll get an error message.

http or non-SSL loads fine.

http://media.passive-income.se/2017/12/usi_horizontal_white.png

Please check if you’re using a CDN plugin. Try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that does not help though, you need to hire a WordPress developer to fix the CDN setup for you.

Thank you for understanding.

Got i fixed by moving the media-folder via FTP.

Thanks for the help!

Glad you’ve sorted it out
