Header issues in Cornerstone builder

How do I force the header that I am attempting to work on to display within the Cornerstone editor on the page it is assigned to (the page also has that specific header selected as its header).

Currently the system defaults to trying to display the header within the context of the main page for the site as per WordPress Setting, under Reading. Resulting in the following error popup and the inability to see the header and thus edit or work with the editor.

I have cleared the cache for the site, cleared the cache for the browser, used a different browser.

Hello Paul,

Thank you for the inquiry.

Have you tried adjusting the condition of the custom header to “Entire Site” temporarily? Are there any existing custom headers? Please provide the login details in the secure note so that we can check the issue properly.

Best regards,
Ismael

Hi Paul,

You need to add the credentials in this thread and as specified by my colleague in the secure note.

Thanks

That’s odd. User deleted, recreated and tested. Works here.

The login info is working correctly now. We’ll update you once we figure out the issue. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you.

The issue occurs because the default page ‘Welcome Temporary Page’ is using the “Blank Container | No Header, No Footer” template, and there is no other page to fall back to at the moment. Try editing the custom header and set the preview to the __Builder page, as shown in the screenshot below.

Let us know if you need more info.

Warm regards.

That appears to work. I assumed the preview state was linked to what ever the page assignment was. Setting the preview has solved it. Thank you for your help.

Hey Paul,

You’re most welcome!
