Header issue with drop downs

I am confused where to find the page settings for these specific pages. I have read through your link but not sure how to access this. Where is your screenshot showing those options?

I found it, but it’s still not showing my drop down options? How can I buy a package to talk to someone about this.

Hello @RevealHM,

I would suggest you please have a look at this screen recording video to learn more about how to set the page template.

Thanks

The screen recording did not have volume and nothing was happening. I am sorry for being a pain but I want to be able to talk to someone about this more frequently. What is the best way I can go about that.

I have my headers and all that figured out. Right now my issue is the mobile version and the menus not showing up. on the mobile version. When I click the corner menu in t he mobile version. it only shows our old locations and not our new ones. Can you help me with the mobile version.

Here is a link to the mobile photos vs the desktop https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uDnX07bJX1qwC__1jpqL_HGp47ZuoR5K?usp=share_link

Where can we see your menus? Your home page does not have a menu. Please provide the page URL where we can see the menu.

The screenshot is. attached to the link above. The mobile menu is shown. I have also shared the URL from mobile. https://revealhm.com/hawaii/ you’ll need to. hit the 3 bar menu to. see the menu.

Hey Ashley,

When I visited https://revealhm.com/hawaii/, the LA and Austin menu items were already present. This is on desktop screens:

As for the mobile menu, you will have to edit your “Hawaii New Header” menu and add the LA and Austin menu items which I already did by the way to save us time going back and forth.

The different headers and menus you current have does really create confusions. We recommend that you label what is being used, park or just delete unecessary items so that it would be more easier for you to manage these items in the futture.

Best Regards.

thank you so much for doing that for me. I am actually taking over from someone who previously worked on. the website so yes, trying to clean up the labels. However, this only changed the menus for the hawaii link and if you click on the other locations such as Austin, LA, San Diego, OC, LV or destination it does not show that LA. and Austin added menu.

I have added the menus to the other headers as well. As seen in this link for the vegas header. However, on mobile it is still not showing up. Did I Miss a step? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uDnX07bJX1qwC__1jpqL_HGp47ZuoR5K?usp=share_link

Hey Ashley,

You will also need to add the menu items in the San Diego Header menu.

Judging from this menu list, you will need to edit other menus as well.

Best Regards.

Hi There, I understand that. However, when I added the menus to the vegas one for example it didn’t show up. I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly before I. did the other menus. Can you please let me know why the Las Vegas one didn’t work?

Hello Ashley,

I am already seeing the LA and Austin menu items in your Las Vegas Header:

I also double checked the Las Vegas Header menu and it has the LA and Austin menu items already.

Clear your browser cache.

Thank you, yes im seeing this on my end as well. When I am doing this for LA and Austin I want to make Sure they are the asme as the other menus. Is there a way to make these the same as the others or do I have to go through and add in each section of the menus into the LA and Austin ones?

I added a new header menu called LA Menu. However, every time I try to make “services” or Look book become a head menu and I remove it from under the other section every time I save the menu is reverts back to everything under the home page. I want to get this done and figured out as it is the LAST step in our website new location addition. Please help me get this mobile version figured out.

Here is the link to my menus photos to show you what keeps happening after I hit save menu https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1uDnX07bJX1qwC__1jpqL_HGp47ZuoR5K?usp=share_link

It has also come to my attention that there are boxes around my menu items at the bottom, and those are not supposed to be there. Why are these there?

It is because of custom CSS. This is not a theme issue. We can help you fix custom code issues in our One service.

Also, we resolve issues one at a time. Please open a separate thread for each issue as this thread is now very long and hard to follow.

Thank you.
