Header is stuttering / hanging for a few moments

Hi Support!

Question. I’ve made this landingspage: https://www.tslokje.nl The problem is if you scroll down the page is hanging / stuttering a little bit before is scrolls further.
Do you know what I need to do to get this into smooth scrolling down?

Thank you for writing in, please inspect those ROWs that have only one column, and set them gap width and gap height to 0.
