Header is still hanging / stuttering a little bit before is scrolls further

Hi Support! Last solution didn’t help unfortunately. Could you please have a look in what this stuttering is causing?

Question. I’ve made this landingspage: https://www.tslokje.nl The problem is if you scroll down the page is hanging / stuttering a little bit before is scrolls further.
Do you know what I need to do to get this into smooth scrolling down?

Thanks for writing to us.

I checked your site URL it seems that you have set the section margin in negative value that causing the extra scroll within the section. I would suggest you please remove the negative margins and then check it again. Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note.
