Header is loading CSS from unknown source

I have made the header using header builder and while in the builder the CSS as in colors and fonts load properly. But when I make it global and check the website some weird CSS is loading.

Look at the screenshots attached, I see a different view on edit and a different view on the website here http://staging-www.zestmoney.in/

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please check out each of the navigation element and other header element. You may have added custom class or make use of the built in design option for the element which made the changes. If not, could you please provide us access so that we can take a closer look?

Please let us know how it goes.

How do I provide you access?

I am sure I have not added any additional custom classes or CSS. The element options are configured properly.

Hi there,

Please add the login details as a Secure Note which is the key icon below your post so that only the staff can see it.

Thank you.

Here you go.

Hi,

We need super admin account to be able to check on this.

We could not access the headers with that user.

I have made you admin.

Hi There,

Thank you, this seems to be a bug but I can not reproduce it on my end. Would you mind doing a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

I disabled all plugins. Should I uninstall the theme and try again?

How do I ensure content does not get deleted?

What I see as a problem is the CSS generated under this tag

All .x-anchor related CSS seems to be driving the wrong look at frontend.

Hi there,

Oops, now I can’t access them at all. Please provide or grant admin access.

I also don’t see any icons through the source code of your header, even if the icons failed to load it should at least display the code for the icons. I manually added the icon through developer tools and it loads, maybe you removed the icons in the header? Or could it be a different header?

Thanks!

I have made you admin again, please check.

Tried a different header and made some CSS additions, but still it is breaking on mobile big time.

Can I expect a quick fix cause this header issue is delaying my release.

Hi There,

I see you added a custom CSS to style the button, please utilize the provided options instead as custom CSS may not work on the back-end because the builder generate a different module ID from what you see on the front-end.

For example you did change the button color with CSS, but you could change that with the button text color option. You can style your button pretty much in the builder without using a custom CSS.

Thanks.
