Header Footer White Outline

How do I remove the white outline on the right and left of the header and footer bar? There isn’t a border set but it’s still there.

You need to adjust or remove box shadow values under Pro > Footer > Bars. Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks that helped get rid of part of it, but it was still there, then I noticed that it was running down the whole page, so it looks like that was actually a border issue. Thanks for pointing me in that direction, and I definitely needed to get rid of that box shadow.
