Header / Footer problems

I recently purchased a new x license. When I go into the Header options and upload an image for the logo in the header it doesn’t do anything, nor does the bar change colors. The only thing that works is the navigation changes when I edit it.

The footer won’t edit either, all the footer info remains and adding social media URL’s does not change the url path on the social icons from the presets.

Sometimes the only screenshot does not help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
Hope you will not mind sharing your website login credentials in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for writing to us.

The “PageLayer” plugin overwrites header settings of X theme. Deactivate the plugin, then X settings will work fine. Please contact the plugin author to fix their plugin issue or make it compatible to X/Pro theme. Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of support scope.

Ah thanks. The pagelayer plugin was just included with the wordpress installation. Not sure if thats standard or a result of the installer I used from the hosting company but might be good to make note of for the future. Thanks for the help.
