Header font not showing

I updated the header font in customizer but when I apply that font to the header it doesn’t show. Everything else will change, color, size, etc. Everything except for the font. Please help!

I am assuming that with header you are referring to header builder. Can you please share login details and website URL in a secure note for us to take a closer look?
