Header element issues I’m unable to make any edits since I can’t see anything due to this error. Not sure what I’m supposed to do.

Thank you for writing in, what element is that having an issue? Is that a navigation element? If so, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and make sure there is no error on your menu (e.g. missing page, or using Apostrophe ' on a navigation label, etc.).
If it’s not the menu, please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
