Hello, I want to add text on the left of the black bar on my header, but every element I try to add to that section won’t show up. Please assist.

To change the position of the button closer to the text, please click the container of the button and make sure that the horizontal flex layout to "Start’ and add some left margin if necessary.

It is set at start, but they are both aligned in the middle, how can I get them both more to the right?

if you want to do the position line the screen.
Right, align with the search box.
Then please add both the element in a single container and remove one container.
Then make the flex layout of the container to end.
You can add little margin right to the text.
after that please remove the max content width of bar container to none.

Hello, I don’t fully understand your instructions, are they not already in the same container? I have the flex layout set to end, I need the text positioned to the right near the button. I can’t locate the dimensions area from your last screen shot, I’ve clicked on everything in the container. Please assist.

The button and the text is on the same bar. They have there own respective container which need to be set.
If you want to use single container then you can move the text to the same container with the button and remove the first container which I already did.
Please check your header now.
