Header dropdown won't open on hover

I’m having trouble getting the header drop down for my About section to come down on the hover… I can’t seem to find where to set that, can you help?

I have two sub headers in the Menu below them, Our Story and Board of Directors. The site is oceanlearning.org.

Hello Abby,

Thanks for writing in! This issue usually happens when the content scrolling in the bar settings is enabled. Please edit your header again and check that setting. It must be disabled so that the dropdowns will be visible.
