I am having theme issue:
-I have purged caches
-Cornerstone is updated to current version 3.5.2
-I am also not using a CDN to deliver my content.
Some of the blog posts featured post images that use the same image are not showing up as well

Hello Drew,
Thank you for the very detailed post information. I have logged in and checked your site. It seems that Smush Pro is causing the issue. The path of the logo image were changed improperly which resulted the issue. Please temporarily disable the Smush Pro plugin and check the images again. You may not have proper set this plugin which is why you have encountered an issue.
Please let us know if this works out for you.
It may and I will. When I first ran into the issue, I thought the same thing and I’ve been in contact with the support of that plugin trying to find a solution. However, when I activated another theme and added a header image, it showed fine. I don’t know if this is cause of how it’s displayed or coded but food for thought!
I have deactivated the plugin and purged all caches (including my browser) and the image is still not showing. Currently regenerating thumbnails to see if that fixes the issue.
Hello Drew,
I did check again. The issue is coming from WP Offload Media Lite plugin settings
In Theme options, when Logo was added, URL was remove and images are displayed using relative URL instead. So from absolute URL https://s3.amazonaws.com/dudedopemedias/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/10182622/DudeDope-Logo.png, it then change to this: /dudedopemedias/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/10182622/DudeDope-Logo.png. Which is the wrong location because it means https://dudedope.com/dudedopemedias/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/10182622/DudeDope-Logo.png. The image doesn’t really exist on your server. Please try to turn this plugin off and check again.
I will try this now!
-Edit
I’m guessing once I restarted my server because of an update, the WordPress installation src dest was changed because there was a mis-typed rule in the http.conf file. Once that was resolved, the WordPress installation was back but then this issue came about.
Worked. We are back online.
-Deactivated the Media Offload Plugin
-Uploaded a new logo
-Added to the header
-Works Good
Going to reactivate to see if the change sticks because all other media works with the Offload plugin.
-Afer purging caches and reactivating the plugin. All works fine. Thanks so much for your support! <3
You’re welcome!
Thanks for letting us know that it has worked for you.
