Header does not display

Please see video above. The header does not load in preview and even when set to display on the homepage, it still does not display on the homepage itself

Hi There,

I have tried re-generating your permalink settings but it did not work. Upon checking further I see that your SITE URLs under Settings -> General section set without HTTP:// and when loading your site, it forces to use HTTPS://. So that back & forth redirection could be a one issue.

Also could you please try increasing your WP Memory limit by adding the following code into your wp-config.php file at the root of your WordPress installation.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the following line:
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

If that doesn’t help, enable your WP_DEBUG mode in your wp-config.php. Simply locate the following code.
define('WP_DEBUG', false);
Change it as follows.
define('WP_DEBUG', true);

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

You’re incorrect. It was already https. It changed to http because you deactivated the Really Simple SSL plugin

Done, even though:

  1. the memory limit was already 512 - it just wasn’t declared in wp-config.php
  2. The declaration does not exist in any of our sites that use Pro or X and this problem does not exist
  3. Adding it didn’t help

Done

Hi there,

I checked and you’re simply using a blank template with no header and footer. I edited your home page and choose a Blank - No Container | Header, Footer instead.

Try it and the header is now displaying.

Thanks!
