The first screenshot is how my site is displaying live (after cache reset, openened in incognito browser), however it is different to how I would like it (I would like it as I have created it in the second screenshot).
Please could you tell me what is happening?

Thank you for writing in, but what is that site URL? I can’t find it on the sites associated with your account.
In the meantime, ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility). And please check for any broken HTML markup on your header contents.
