Header display in IE

Hi X Theme
My client has emailed me this screenshot:

This is on his computer in IE with the screen set to 1280x1024.
The logo is in the wrong place, it should be on the left. Also the menu is starting from the middle where it should start on the left and some menu items are not accessible and there is no way to scroll to them.

When he changes to 1024 x 768 it seems to be OK:

Are you able to help with this at all please.

This is the live site: http://surreybirdclub.org.uk/

Thank you

Hey Tamsin,

Yes, we are able to help with problems related to our products.

The solution to the wrong positioned logo in IE is you set the Container’s Max Width to none. I’m referring to the container where you’ve placed your logo. Please see the screenshot below.

If you wish to restrict the width of the bar’s content, the proper setting is the Bar’s Content Max Length.

For the menu, IE requires that you explicitly set the Sub Links’ Content Flex Layout > Horizontal to Start

If your Top Links need to be in the left, you need to apply the same Content Flex Layout setup as the Sub Links as well.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for getting back to me and for the helpful advice.

I have I think followed your suggestions and the logo is now in the right position but the menu is not. Here is a new screenshot from my client:

Have I done something wrong or is there a way you can suggest I fix this?
Thank you
Tamsin

Looking at it further I realised that i had the max width and content max length wrong on other bars too. I have fixed this now so hopefully that was the problem.

Glad you were able to figure it out
