Header CSS Animation not showing on front

I am building a new site that has a CSS animation running on a div filling the container. It works fine on the backend in the editor but wont show on the front. When I add the div to a page the animation shows fine. Its just on the header that it wont show.

I have checked your website and found a wave animation in the Header, which is working fine. Is that what you are trying to point out? If yes, please let us know what problem you are facing. We may need to investigate it through the WordPress admin dashboard. Please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
