In the Pro Theme editor, the header looks fine but the website is messed up.

I just check your website and clear your Pro styling cache and the issue still persists. This leads me that you have some third party cache installed in your website like (Cloudflare) or server cache. I suggest you review any third-party integration on your website. One more thing, you had an outdated theme, I suggest that you update your Pro theme to the latest version to access the new features.

We don’t have any of that. I also disabled all plugins and that made no changes.
The upgrading theme in admin was broken. Manually updated plugin to Pro 4 and it fixed everything.
