Header, Content & Footer editor refuse to load

Good evening!

I recently just installed the pro theme on to a website, normally as I would with other sites, however this time I’m running into the issue where no editor loads (neither do theme options). I just made this website and have no plugins installed or any content.

On my end header and footer editor is working fine. Please clear browser cache and see how it goes.
