Header Button Formatting Issue

Hi,

I have noticed a formatting issue with my header which seems to be persisting even after flushing all of the caches. The button radius, button size and font size is affected. The header can be viewed here - https://vipit.com/

Please can you advise whether this is a bug or not and as to how it can be resolved.

I have checked your website header but am unable to recognize any issues related to the border-radius and size of the button. Can you please explain the problem and what are you expecting here?

Hello Liam,

I checked your website header it seems that there are two buttons, one button has a border-radius and another one has no border radius. In case you want to remove to border radius you need to go to the button element and disable the border-radius or in case you want the border-radius you need to set the border-radius from here.

In case you want to adjust the font size of the button you need to adjust the font size and some padding respectively.

Hi,

Thank you for coming back to me. I have set the border radius, button size and font size in Cornerstone. The buttons are displayed correctly within the Cornerstone editor. However, this is not being reflected on the live website. Please see the screenshot attached.

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi Liam,

I have checked your website after logging in and the changes in the button are showing properly. That means there might be server-level cache which is the reason behind your problem. I would suggest you contact your Hosting Service Provider to clear the server cache and check it once again.

Thank you for checking. It is an odd issue as it only seems to affect the header buttons and not any other button on the website. I have cleared the sever level cache and unfortunately the issue has not resolved.

Hi Liam,

It seems that server cache clearing worked, now the changes are showing without logging in. I would suggest you clear your browser or check it in an incognito window. You can also check it on other computers.

Hi,

Excellent, it was an issue with WP Rocket plugin. I cleared the Used CSS cache and it fixed the button issue.
