On my header builder i’m using shortcodes and they work fine but when I publish them, they do not. Any ideas why? See screenshot.

Thank you for writing in, instead of using the icon shortcode. You can use the Icon Element.
If you really want to hardcode an icon, please follow the solution provided here.
