Is it possible to have an extra bar come in on :hover - example:

Thanks for writing in!
We are really sorry but that feature is not available with header builder. But you can do it with custom JS.
Please refer to this jQuery documentation for possible help.
http://api.jquery.com/hover/

You can create a bar and hide it with a custom class CSS and you can show it with the JS when rollover to the menu item.
