Hi Brent,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site and the header builder is loading fine on my end (see screenshot)
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache, W3 Total Cache or server side cache) including your browser’s cache when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Cheers!
i always clear my cache after making any changes
turns out the header builder, footer builder, theme options etc… don’t work with Safari for me.
I am using a macbook pro with El Capitan and Safari 11.1.2 and am having this issue across multiple sites.
but does work in Chrome.
Hello @Brent-St,
It may be the Safari’s browser cache. Please clear the cache or at least use private browsing mode and test your site again.
Please let us know how it goes.
Hi Rue,
As i mentioned in my previous post, i clear my cache after making almost any change to a site.
I use the development feature in safari to do this.
in private browsing mode the issue persists.
The page starts to load and then the circle appears and it stalls there.
I suspect safari does;t like the new Pro Theme features url.
Hi Brent,
Please kindly consider that we are only supporting the latest version of the Safari browser. I checked the website with the Safari version 13.0.1 and it worked with no problem:
Thank you for your understanding.
Given the numerous issue with Safari 13 that is not going to happen.
I’ll just stick to using it with Chrome.
Thanks,
Brent
Sorry to hear that and you’re most welcome!
