I am unable to see the menus listed in the header builder (Sample, etc) when viewing menus in WordPress Appearance|Menus. See attached images. What am I missing? Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Those menus that you are looking for are just demo menus built in with the demo site that you may have imported. It is best that you create your own Split Menus instead. Based on the screenshot above, you have NOT created any menu in Appearance > Menus. You need to create your own menu to be assigned for the Primary menu and the Footer Menu.
