Hi there,

I would like to achieve the following layout

So the third container here is a Column, but I would like to create a row in it if that makes any sense. How would you go about doing this?

2. Another small issue I have is with the sitemap on the bottle of the page. I’m using one-page navigation, but the sections keep lighting up regardless. How can I fix this?

1. It is possible using Global block.
   First of all, create a global block and add a row. Then split the row into three columns and add three social icons. Then add the Global block shortcode in that third column.
   Here is documentation of global block and How to use shortcode.
