Header builder issue on new install

Having an issue with a new install of Pro because when creating a new header or footer the initial Bar appears as a thin blue line across top of screen
Attached is small image illustrating the issue

Also when using the header builder most of the buttons are missing there associated icon image also effecting Cornerstone…
