X PRO : When i try to edit header in header builder “cornerstone”, i can’t see the menu or i get this message

"The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, but the site is under construction mode, please provide us login credentials (wp-admin and FTP) in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

In the meantime please do the following:

  • Clear any caches. An older version of the page could be stored, preventing the builder from loading
  • Test for a plugin conflict (see below).
  • Try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations.

In reality the problem is not solved. In the meantime, i changed my domain name; now it’s 68milerd.com

Problem

A description of the problem: …I don’t see my header in the preview area along with the header editor when i click Edite. + Loading header builder is slow
History of the problem: …Always
Error messages i’m receiving:…“The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

this errore message disappeared when i deactivate all plugins.
Recommandation:

Clear any caches. An older version of the page could be stored, preventing the builder from loading : …i do
Test for a plugin conflict (see below):… all plugins are deactivated
Try switching to the parent theme to see if that makes a difference. The conflict could be in your customizations. …i do probleme not resolved

Hi There,

Thank you for the FTP credentials, but we need wp-admin login as well so we can take a look on the issue first hand. I have login to your FTP hoping to see an error log but that account send me to a empty directory.

Try using incognito/private mode of your browser, and if that still did not work, please provide us wp-admin login with an admin role.

Hi There,

Upon checking I see that your PHP Max Script Execute Time is set to 30. Is it possible to increase your script execution time to 120 or higher and test your issue again.

Hi Staff,
Icreate php.ini file in public_html Directory with following codes :
upload_max_filesize = 1000M
post_max_size = 2000M
memory_limit = 3000M
file_uploads = On
max_execution_time = 180

But the probleme not resolved : I don’t see my header in the preview area along with the header editor when i click Edite.

Hello There,

I am another staff checking in this thread. I logged in and edited one of your headers. I could no longer replicate any issues. This is what I see in your custom header:

By the way I am using Chrome and it works in Firefox too.

Please clear your browser caches and test your site again.
