Header Builder and full width Slider/Carousel

I am currently working on a new site for a hair salon. I am using header builder for the header and I am running into some issues. I want the hero image in the header (i.e. background image) to be a slider or what others call a carousel. It is basically 3 images with a cross fade between each image that is automated as a continuous slideshow.

Would I be better off just ditching the header builder all together and use a section with an element that I could use a Theme punch full width Slider.

Thanks for reaching out.

As of now I see background image. You can continue using Header Builder and use the same to display slider. I suggest you to use Text element and in that add the Revolution Slider generated shortcode to display the slider.
