Header Builder - 2 layered menu not working

I am so grateful for the tools you have developed and I am slowly figuring out Header Builder. This morning, the menu I was building did some funny things. First, the TOP menu’s dropdown goes BEHIND the bottom menu. Not sure what to do there.

Second, the dropdowns of the bottom menu, were working last night, but now they do not show up at all.

Please help!

Upon checking the website it seems that the problem is of the z-index property. You can take a look at the solution mentioned in following thread:
