Had the same issue as this gent. When you are actually on a phone, the header of the page blocks the typeform form (well the upper half)

I have checked the thread that you linked and they are using a model typeform which is not the same as your setup. It looks like when the typeform is active the page activates the focus to the form fields which gives the zoom effect.
Also the typeform that is on the page is loaded through an iFrame. It is not easy for us to change the behavior of the form since it is from a third party script. We suggestion that any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
